A month plus ago, i booked the iPhone 3GS during the Maxis roadshow at KLCC. I paid RM200 for the booking fee and the Maxis people told me that they do not have any stock for the phone during the roadshow. However they guaranteed that Machine will call me once the phone arrived and i will get the phone within 30 days upon the booking.
Okie okie, i wait. But i waited for so long...almost a month, i decided to call Machine just to check the status. I called Machine and i asked when can i get my phone. As during the booking, Maxis told me that i can get it within 30 days. The first reply from Machine was that they can refund my booking if i feel unhappy and disatisfy. OMG! At first, i did not even mentioned i was unhappy. It's not the matter of money, I just want my phone la...Then they replied that they really do not know the status, they also dont have the stock bla bla bla...finally asked me to call Maxis to find out!
Huh?...i am the customer. I called just to find out the status. This was the service that i supposed to deserve? After thinking of it...idiot i. U know what i did? I said to Machine, okie...i will call Maxis and find out and hang up. I did not even complain about my experience with the Machine's customer service. Alamak...
As a customer, i do not know where goes wrong...i just want my phone. That's it! Should i call Maxis to find out? Perhaps, i should call and also make a complain. I knew 3GS is over demand in the market, but what i hope is that Maxis or whatever idoit Machine to call their customers at least to let the customers know the status. Also, do not simply promises their customers and at the end they could not deliver the promises. Haiz...,how long still i need to wait???
Finally...finally...finally!Machine called me today and informed me that my phone is FINALLY arrives! But they have to do the port-in port-out thingy...so i still have to wait till Tuesday only i can get MY 3GS! Wait...be patient, i will wait :p
