As usual, I travel by LRT to work everyday. Today, I am quite lucky; I got my seat. If not I have to stand for almost 40 mins just to reach Masjid Jamek station. Somehow, it’s quite tiring standing especially it’s crowded with people early in the morning. I am expecting lesser crowd this week as it’s near year-end and people are clearing their leaves for holidays! But surprisingly – nop!!! CAU – “crowded as usual”!!!
At the next station, came a Chinese lady, stood in front of me. What I am impressed about her was, she can read while standing. Yeah, it seems nothing great, most of the people can do so. But her one hand is holding the hand hanger and another of her hand was holding a book. The best part was when she found a word that she could not understand; I saw her hand that holds the hand hanger, move into her hand bag and she took an Oxford dictionary out from her bag. How she can balance herself while the train is moving? She used her leg; open both legs widely just to balance herself. Now, one hand is holding the book, and another one with the dictionary. She was in front of me, so if you were I, what would you do? Stand up and let her sit? Me? Not! I still sitting at my place and looking at her as I am quite curious that what would she does next…kekeke! Sorry, I could not take her picture and show you how “powderful” (powerful + wonderful) she is.
I am so kepoh till I did not realized that I almost reach my station till I saw her action starting to keep her books, put into her handbag…hmmm…I think she is gonna stop at the same station as me. Once it reached Masjid Jamek, I wanted to stand up to get ready and guess what? I hit her hand that is holding the hand hanger with my head. I sit back again. She touched my head and keep apologizing to me. OMG, malunya!!! Without wasting my time, I followed her from the back to get down from the train immediately. She still apologizing all the way…don’t know why. Till I asked her not to worry, just a small matter, she stopped. Pity her. Such a weird person…
