My one-day leave

Sunday night we reached KL from Ipoh quite early as compared to usual. The traffic along the highway was quite bad even though it’s only at 4pm by the time we started our journey. We reached KL about 7.30pm as we are using emergency lane, if not i think we will reach KL at 10pm. But earlier, I’ve applied for one-day leave on Monday. I have nothing to do, I just wanted to take rest.

Quite sometimes I never watch dramas. Those Taiwanese drama DVDs that I bought were in the drawer for so long. Sunday night, Alex had to finish his proposal for the next morning; I then took the “opportunity” to watch drama. I watched starting from the beginning to episode 5, at night from 11pm to almost 2am!!! Crazy!!! My eyes were tired. Alex can still watch a little bit of drama while working on his proposal. And he is still energetic and fresh after driving back from Ipoh that night. And the next morning, he woke up almost on time (a little late since work late yesterday) and me??? Ahaha! I woke up at 10am – must sleep 8 hours mah! Since I did not work, I stayed at home with NO “office” work, but with “house” work. I did not answer to any unknown calls and office calls. BUT I answered my hubby’s calls :p

I cleaned up the house, washed clothes (by washing machine) etc. Sometimes, when I have to do housework, I think the double-storey house is too big for only two of us staying there. No joke, we have to take half a day to clean up the house. Cham!!! To clean up downstairs and upstairs, outside compound some more :( kekeke, lazy pig!

After finish cleaning the house, again I continued to watch the drama. Thought of after Alex comes back from work, we go karaoke (to utilize the voucher). But the plan has changed to go golfing with brother in law instead of singing. It’s also a better plan as both Alex and I no need to rush for the karaoke dinner, which starts at 7pm.

After golf, we went for dinner at Puchong foodcourt. By the time we reached home, it’s already 10.30pm. Don’t quite remember what time I slept yesterday, but I know I am still “tired”. Yawn…

Still got 5.5 days leave to clear…I think I will have better rest then.
